Our Free Intro Classes are held every Wednesday at 8PM and Sunday at noon and last one hour. You can also attend our free Community Workout on Saturday at noon. These classes include a warm-up, skill and strength instruction and practice, a challenging but scalable workout, and an exit lecture. Most CrossFit gyms require you to pay an additional fee for a Foundations course before your membership- we don’t! Foundations (and other perks) are free with your first month’s membership and we’ve designed them to be informative but brief so you can join Group Class as soon as possible.
Complete Foundations and join Group Class – While we offer it at no additional cost, you must complete all 3 Foundations classes before joining Group. We’ve designed Foundations to be easy to complete in a week, but if the times don’t work for you please contact us and we will work something out!
